I have an education in dance from the Institute of The Arts Barcelona and Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School after which I worked many years as a freelance dancer in Copenhagen, mostly in the field of contemporary dance.

I have also studied photography and worked with ceramics and other art crafts. I grew up in a family with both my grandmother and mother having an art gallery and so my practice is deeply rooted in creativity, stories, sounds, symbolics and aesthetics.

As a dancer and teacher I have a holistic approach towards the body and movement; for me, movement is a way to feel a deep connection to myself and other people through our bodies.

Dance can be a space to regulate the nervous system, activate a process of self-healing, feel joy and transform stored emotions in my body. I have always been interested in humans, the connection between our body and mind and the part that we often forget; our soul.

In working with my clients I use my intuition and the language of our bodies to feel the blockages, the connections and potentials. I strongly believe that the mind limits our potential and in feeling love.

The purpose of my practice is to help people connect with their body, heart and most authentic way of expressing themselves while finding strength, love, lightness and wisdom.
